TOUCH TO INFORM Seminars focus on the neurological, mechanical and healing aspects of movement. The goal of these seminars is to familiarize Licensed Massage Therapists with the science of brain/body mapping and sensory learning, along with other applicable concepts from The Feldenkrais Method® that can enhance functional outcomes for clients.
Bonnie Kissam, M.A. Dance and Education has been an Educator, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Feldenkrais Practitioner® since 1983. She completed her studies for Massage Therapy in 1980, as she began her studies with Moshe Feldenkrais in Amherst, MA. Bonnie is an Assistant Trainer in Feldenkrais® Professional Training Programs, as well as an Anat Baniel Practitioner for Children with Special Needs. She created TOUCH TO INFORM Seminars in 2011, to support Licensed Massage Therapists in understanding Feldenkrais Method® techniques that can be applied within their practice.
